Dear ones, we are here to encourage you to have patience. We see your discouragement when nothing seems to change, but let us assure you that much is changing. You are not aware of all that is transpiring behind the scenes. Try not to be discouraged or hold preconceived concepts of how events must unfold, simply allowing the process while letting go of any beliefs you may still be holding about how the process must manifest. All is proceeding according to plan and all is perfect.

Many of you are trying to live in ways you believe you should; living out from ideas that come from religious and metaphysical books, or from the experiences of others. Release any and all concepts of how ascension should look, choosing instead to simply live in the now moment, accepting each day as a gift from the Divine within, while practicing living the Truth you know.

See the Divine in others and remember who you and they are even if they themselves have no interest in knowing this. Do this for those you see on the news, or in your papers, or as you go about your normal day. Recognize the Divine plan in everything around you. These small steps gradually change your state of consciousness and lead to the full awakening. It will not appear as a huge blast of energy that blows you into a new world without any effort on your part. One is not "saved" simply by declaring it so. You create the new world with every thought, word, and action lived in truth and understanding of who and what is real. This is the spiritual journey. Yes, things on earth are speeding up now, and more and more opportunities are to be had for you to practice living each moment from a place of truth and centering, and that is how it is done.

There will be changes you will soon see in your government and the governments of other countries. Many are going to be leaving and the more enlightened will be put in their place.

The time is quickly arriving for those who have held back in doubt and disbelief to either get "aboard the ship" or leave. Higher dimensional energy will not support those who choose to stay in the lower frequencies. Many will be shocked by revelations that are soon to come out, but shocked as they may be, they must open their hearts to a new way of seeing and believing or be left behind. These seem like harsh words, but time is running short for the opening of consciousness to truth.

You have worked very hard for thousands of years in the old three dimensional energy. It was a game played well, but never intended to go on forever. The game is over dear ones, it is time to get on with your journey into the higher energy of truth and the recognition of who you and all are.

We ask all to send light to those people and areas of Gaia that are still resonating with the lower frequencies. Just send Light without specific intentions or strings attached, because the Light knows what is needed, it is Omniscient. See the Light flow out from your heart center freely given to those not yet aware of their own light. Your Light Source can never run dry, for it is infinite. As you see and flow Light to the world, you are not trying to change anything for when you try to change something you are in the third dimensional energy seeing from duality and separation. You see, in reality there is nothing to change for all is already One within the perfection of an omnipresent Divine Consciousness. Mankind in ignorance of this truth, has formed a world that appears much less than perfect. We are not saying that you are to sit back and say; "Oh well it is all illusion, so I will do nothing". We are saying that the enlightened soul first and always knows the truth, then takes whatever human footsteps he may be guided to take-sometimes it will be to do nothing,other times there will be an action of some sort.

Flow Light to yourselves each day in your quiet time; seeing it flow from your heart center into your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies with the intention of clearing anything and everything of a lower resonance. Choose to clear all lingering energy of disease inheritance, religious vows, ancient promises, painful cellular memories, false beliefs, negative emotional energies, and everything within your energy fields still carrying and holding the lower frequencies, for now is the time for releasing, clearing, and letting go.

It is very important to consciously cut any cords of attachment you may still have to people letting them go in the realization that every individual has a journey, a Higherself, and Guides to help them and they will find their way as you have. Cords are formed from an excessive negative or positive energy connection to certain people or things. Many times this will be a child. Often it is someone we have had many less than positive dealings with and wish to avoid. Usually it is someone we think about often. Energy cords, negative or positive can be brought with us from other life times and act to hold one in bondage to another person or something. Never be afraid to consciously release attachment cords. It is important and it is time.

Releasing energy cords does not mean that you cannot have these people in your life, it means the relationship will become different and freer. As you sever any false sense of "NEED" for someone or something in your life, you begin to realize that no thing or person can make you more whole and complete than you already are. This realization is affecting many relationships based in old third dimensional beliefs especially if one partner understands this, and the other does not. Do an experiment--listen to the old love songs of the 40's and you will get a good example of attachment and the belief that one's good is outside of themselves. Most will experience a heaviness when listening to theses songs. It is the energy the song carries that you feel and no longer resonate with.

Let go dear ones, let go. Nothing real can ever be lost, only seen and experienced on a higher level. Be not afraid to fall into the arms of truth, for what you find there will be much more than you could ever have imagined in the old and limited energy.

Right now all are being guided to move into mysticism; a truer way of seeing and believing. Metaphysics still works for many because it resonates with their state of consciousness. Most "spiritual" books available now are metaphysical, guiding the reader to do this or do that in order to move beyond problems and get more "spiritual". If you no longer resonate with these books and teachings then you are being guided to go beyond metaphysics and into mysticism--the realization that you already are and always have been-complete.

It is time to let go of ALL that is old and finished, no matter how strongly you have believed you needed something in order to feel happy. This is ascension

Dear ones, we come to tell you of the light we see emanating from your planet in an ever increasing intensity. So many are awakening and beginning to understand the bigger picture. So many are beginning to see through the lies and games of those who wish to keep you in bondage and ignorant of your true selves . Do not get hung up on the fear and negativity you may become aware of, but instead try very hard to use that which you become aware of for practice in keeping your energy and consciousness immersed in truth, for this is what will change world consciousness. Your energy of light affects those around you and then will affect the next for all are actually ONE.

In oneness you do not lose your individuality, but begin to understand that all individuals are within and of the ONE. Many fear losing their individuality as they evolve because this concept has been presented in some teachings and when understood through an third dimensional consciousness, it could be interpreted that way. The truth is that each of you is a vital piece within the whole (Omnipresent Divine Consciousness) much like a jigsaw puzzle with each piece being very important.

The time is drawing very close when you will see and hear information directly, dear ones. Many of those watching, are awaiting the correct time to appear and help, but world energy is not yet ready. There are still many living in the old energy of fear, not quite ready to accept the reality of other nations upon other planets. Much is taking place that you know nothing about because your news does not tell you everything, however that will also change.

This is a grand time for all privileged to be on earth. Many have come simply to assist in your transformation to a higher dimensional planet. Many of your children are here with no karma or third dimensional lessons to be learned, but simply to add their light to the process. Try not to push these unusual children into the conventional boxes that society often wishes to place people in, for in doing so you confuse and hold back these dear ones. Much of what seems important to the third dimensional consciousness, resonates as obsolete and irrelevant to these evolved souls--however, not yet fully mature, they can't quite figure out why they are different. Parents need to understand that these children need love, acceptance, and guidelines. Never talk down to or use old outdated modes of discipline with them for this will cause them to simply shrink back from what they do not resonate with but also do not yet understand. Many of those termed "ADD" are simply bored as they have already evolved beyond what they are expected to be learning in mostly obsolete school systems.

We wish to talk to you about ascension. Many believe that ascension means a sudden lifting with lots of fan fare into a new world. Ascension is a gradual awakening process. As your consciousness becomes enlightened with ever more truth, it manifests as an ever more enlightened world. Your job is to keep practicing, which means living each truth you become aware of, centering within, and connecting with your higher selves through meditation. This process begins to bring all parts together as one--the higher self, soul, and individuality and this comprises your journey to becoming an enlightened being.

Meditation is important because it opens the door to your higher self and says, "I am ready, give me more". It demonstrates an intention to evolve and allows more truth and information to flow to you. Often an individual will experience some new awareness at a later date and often when least expected, but each new awareness represents the fruitage from the opening of spiritual channels through meditation. Mediation does not have to be the difficult and structured experience that most of you have been taught. Those techniques were necessary in order to move a student from heavy third dimensional energy into the higher frequencies but those higher frequencies are now here. Try not to look at meditation as a difficult chore, but simply as the activity of resting in the space between thoughts in an awareness of "I and the father are one". This then establishes your connection, and these moments will get longer as you practice.

Many of you are feeling the higher frequencies intensely now and are beginning to experience a sense of detachment from the things and people in your lives. Try not to force yourself back into how things were before, believing that this sense of detachment means you no longer love this person or that. It simply means you are graduating--moving beyond the need for anything outside of yourself. The bonds that have held you in a false sense of the world are dissolving. Detachment does not mean a lack of love, it means a lack of bondage to something or someone. Love then becomes more clean and pure; not based on some perceived personal need.

This false sense of love still pervades many of your relationships whether of family, marriage, or friendship. It manifests as an individuals need for others to be, say, or do, exactly as the individual believes they should in order to be loveable or to satisfy some imagined and very skewed concept of love. This false sense of love simply serves to people push away, for all souls feel the need to be free, to be loved and validated for who they are.

Unconditional love is a love without strings and allows freedom of expression to all. To hold another in bondage to one's concepts, needs, desires or expectations is not love. This is the lesson of detachment; the realization that all are already whole, complete, and perfect and that nothing or no one outside of yourself can change that.

You are learning the true meaning of love which is the connecting energy between all facets and expressions of ONE OMNIPRESENT, OMNISCIENT, OMNIPOTENT DIVINE CONSCIOUSNESS.

Greetings dear ones.  We come again to wish you a happy ascension process.  Even though it does not always seem an occasion for rejoicing, it actually is.  You are beginning to differentiate between the dark and the light.  Mankind is starting discern that which is old and finished and  this discernment is manifesting in the world as a dissatisfaction with the status quo.  Many are taking  a stand on issues that before now they would not of even thought of as needing change.  It is because those who  always believed everything they were told, are now experiencing the higher frequency energies which are allowing them to feel the difference between that which is true and that which is false.  You are becoming more sensitive to energy and Light.  The veil is thinning, and  is causing  dissatisfaction with so much that you previously took for granted.  You see dear ones,  the old (duality and separation)  is not based in Divine law and truth, it simply reflects your venture into the experience of separation in order to remember who you were while within this energy of separation.  This is why the school of earth is so difficult and why graduation from the earth school is such an achievement.  You are doing it!  You are awakening in spite of appearances which means that you are hearing and following your inner guidance.  By this we do not mean the many wonderful channels giving you information at this time.  We mean your inner guidance, that part of you that is the spark of the Divine, that part of you that is the manifestation of Source Consciousness and embodies all that is.  You are starting to trust  and allow this completeness to  manifest in your life as what you need--information, money, food, whatever.  Source is within you  and it is your awareness of this truth (your attained state of consciousness) that determines how much of this truth you manifest in the outer.

We say to you all that you are doing a fine job of this ascension but it is vital for you to stay  centered and focused.  That is, not to believe yourselves to be  three dimensional beings occasionally coming into the higher, but to see yourselves always as  Higher dimensional beings having to occasionally be in the lower.  You see, most are still doing it in the old and beginner way; that is, reserving  truth for special occasions and those times of meditation and quiet.  Try now to live, move, and have your being in  truth at all times for you are ready. Many continue to work from the belief that they are still  beginners, but you are no longer beginners. It is not meant that you stay forever in books, classes, and groups that tell you how to be and what you must do.  Many still feel that if they read a book, go to a class, or discuss truth with the like minded, that they are very evolved.  Truth must  be lived, you are able now to get your guidance from within; the Within that is Divine Consciousness-- omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent.  You!   Once you know the Kingdom is within, you must not continue to look outside of yourselves or you create a bigger gap.

Over lifetimes you  have played the third dimensional game of hide and seek and have learned who and what you are-- the game is over should you choose.   If you choose ascension, you must live ascension.  This does not mean living out from a state of consciousness  not yet attained, for that in itself is very "human", however, it does mean knowing the truth at all times in spite of appearances, and then taking whatever human footsteps may be necessary at the time.  It means  sitting in the midst of chaos knowing; "God alone is power".  Then proceeding to do what needs to be done.

Through experience, mankind has become comfortable with third dimensional  games and finds them hard to give it up.  Much that you have come to accept as life and much that you enjoy, is dissolving before your very eyes, but know that anything real cannot dissolve.  It is only the concept of it that dissolves, whereas the reality behind it will again appear on higher and better levels.  We give you the  example of relationships.  Many relationships are breaking apart as the result of energy changes.  In order for a relationship to work, there must be a resonating of the energy between those involved.  This is true for all relationships and not just romantic ones.   When an individual evolves and thus moves to a new level of light resonance but the other in the relationship has not moved, you see they no longer resonate with the same frequency.   This is happening within many marriages right now because one partner is still in the old energy of; "I am half of a couple, I need  you to give me the masculine or feminine aspect that I don't have, and together we are whole."  At the same time, the other partner is realizing that he or she is a whole and complete and embodies both aspects already.  You see what this will do to a marriage or partner relationship--each are viewing the situation from different states of consciousness.
The new and higher sense of relationship is based in an awareness of self-completeness.  That is; "I choose to share my completeness with you but I do not need  you in order to be complete.

All things are going to change, but everything real and imbued with truth, will simply manifest on a higher level.

Those protesting all over the world, are experiencing  urges flowing from a deeper sense of truth and connection with their reality even though most do not understand this yet.  Divine Freedom-(a law)- is coming alive within them and they are expressing this in a way that makes sense to them, by protesting.

Stop looking so much to others for your answers.  Let them help you; the books, the channels, the informational sources, but always allow  the final word rest in how it resonates within you.  You have all that is real within your Divine self, it is only the dream that has made you believe that you were separate from it. Practice going within for everything , and as you do, you will gain spiritual strength.  You are awakening from the dream. You are finished with the games of  living behind a veil of forgetfulness in order to see if you can find God in the darkness.

You have done it, now accept,  embrace, and live out from  that which you are, always have been and always will be.

A New Message from the Arcturian Group

Greetings dear ones.  Once again we of the Arcturian Group are here to speak and tell you of the great light you are bringing to Mother Earth at this time.  She is working very hard to do her clearing without harm, but she too is preparing herself for ascension and needs to adjust the energy where necessary.

As with Gaia, we also see you adjusting according to the changes that are taking place on earth.  No longer are you so frightened by the many unusual events you hear about because you are beginning to understand what is going on.  This  understanding is adding to a world consciousness from which all mankind can then draw.  Thus your awakening is helping others to awaken--it puts these higher ideas of truth into a universal bank so to speak, that others may draw upon should they choose.  All is according to free will, so if an individual chooses to remain in the old energy, that is perfectly fine.  However, as the old energy dissolves,   its manifestations likewise dissolve, as is the case with your financial system.

We would like to speak of those changes coming so that you will not be in an energy of fear.  We see your planet experiencing many weather related changes.  We speak of weather that you are not used to, that is warm where usually cold and cold where usually warm and these types of things.  You see, all is shifting and changing and weather is a part of it, so be open to events that may come your way even if you are unable to understand them in the light of what is familiar.  Everything at this point has a part in the shifting frequencies and is in a state of flux.  This is not a bad thing, for you will be happy with  many of these changes. Destructive weather patterns will fulfill their purpose and be finished.  Many will see their local  temperatures change and will wonder about this, however as we have said, everything in and of the earth is now involved in the clearing of old and integration of new frequencies.

The new energies resonate with peace, calm, and joy and are not of anxiety or frustration.  Those who are used to functioning  solely from lower frequencies will have a hard time being in joy and comfort.  But just try it, you will like it.  As an individual becomes comfortable within themselves, they no longer need drama and extremes in order to feel alive.  Much of this was an effort within the lower frequencies of the third dimension to feel alive, to feel a sense of doing something--the thrill of survival is an energy from long ago although it is still alive and well for many who love extreme activities. The more violent of these will slip away silently and you will find yourselves living more easily and in more joy and you will wonder when it all happened.

Everyone is releasing  old memories, old ideas, old hurts and old beliefs.  Most can easily clear in a general way, but those bigger pockets of energy  buried deep from this or other lifetimes must come to a conscious level  to be released. Your job is not to pull painful emotions or beliefs back into your consciousness by saying "Oh I am this" or "I am that"-claiming them for your personal self, but your job is to allow their release, choosing to let them go. These never were yours, but reflect an old state of consciousness you are now leaving.

Speak to your cells and tell them that it is time  to release all that is old and finished. Inform them that they will never again need to experience a particular painful energy.  Cellular memory holds fear from any and all terrifying events of past lifetimes; memories that you are not consciously aware of.  You sense it when you react to certain events or ideas in ways you do not fully understand.  Perhaps you were burned at the stake for being a healer and even though you are drawn to healing now, a part of you may shy back and prevent you from pursuing it.--this is cellular memory.  When you speak to your cells, they hear you, there is a cellular consciousness.

Make it your intention and a choice (you can do this in your quiet time) to release all heavy or negative energies that may still be resonating within your energy field and ask your Guides and teachers to help you with this. Often  memories of past experiences come to a conscious level through dreams because much releasing is done while in the sleep state.  You may simply  become aware of something needing to be released without any effort on your part or you will observe something  in another which in turn  triggers a response and then release within self.  Energy sessions with an evolved light worker often brings the necessary information to a conscious level.  One way or another, most of mankind is now in the process of releasing any and everything that is of the old energy simply because it cannot ascend with you.  This is the reason you may often feel sick or tired;  ridding yourselves of all that would impede your journey is intense work.

We send love and encouragement to all for we understand that  this is indeed a difficult time for many and especially those who have chosen to stay in the old--and who in their ignorance, are trying desperately to recreate that which is dissolving.  Everything is energy, which can be of a lower resonance (untruth) or higher resonance (truth/light).  Ascension is your free will choice.  We are here always to encourage and help as we can, but the effort must be yours.  We encourage you to  stop looking outside of yourselves for your guidance and answers whether looking  to Guides, teachers, religious leaders, government leaders, or anyone else you look to for answers. Your Guides are ever present to offer suggestions and to guide YOUR decisions, but not to tell you what to do as many believe. It is  time to come forward and claim your power, which means realizing that help may come through another, but  it is your attained state of consciousness of divine completeness that is manifesting as the help. In this way you  take back the power you have through ignorance, given to others.  You acknowledge that by virtue of your Oneness with Source you are complete and whole and as you attain this state of consciousness, it will translate into what is needed in the outer. We do not say, that is it wrong to consult those who can help, we only say that as you begin to  realize who you really are, you begin to trust that the final word can be yours.

We wish to say that all will be presented with  experiences that offer the needed opportunities to practice.  That is, if needed, women will get opportunities to practice bringing in their male energy (active,  be-er, do-or, energy). Men will get opportunities to bring in their feminine aspect (the receptive, intuitive).  Try not to look upon these opportunities as problems, but see them for  what they are--experiences needed for growth.  You who have chosen ascension are getting everything you need to bring it about even though it may seem at times that you are being overwhelmed with "opportunities".  Ask yourself in the midst of some crisis; "What am I believing that is making me feel this way"?  This allows you a glimpse into your belief system and will enable you to become aware of and then release all that no longer serves you.

Trust that you are getting guidance. Listen to your intuition, and rest in Center at all times,

MESSAGE FROM THE ARCTURIAN GROUP - 3/19/2011

   


Greetings dear ones, we come again to talk with you about the many things you are experiencing and are about to experience.  We are see you moving quickly into the higher energies and because of this, you are going to be seeing many more changes upon your dear planet earth.  You are now witnessing  energies of change within your financial systems; a system  which is riddled with inequalities and false promises made by those who would keep you struggling in the dark.  We see you beginning to understand that there is more to life than what you have been led to believe.  We see you beginning to realize that you are all One-one Life manifesting as individual life; an awareness that is bringing the changes needed upon your earth to shift you and her into the new energy.  We see you awakening to ideas of truth; ideas that  allow you  to honor yourselves as well as others in a way that has not been present on earth before.  What you are witnessing as much chaos is the releasing of old and negative energies.  Please try not to go into and energy of fear, all that are a part of this have chosen to do so.

Be prepared to welcome your brothers and sisters from inner earth and other planets for they are awaiting your welcome and cannot be of much assistance until you accept them as real, and ask.  You must understand that because you are free will beings, no one, not even those highly evolved beings trying to assist earth, can simply step in and change your world (this is your job) even though they can easily see what is needed.  Those of you who cry out for help, must first begin to take a stand within yourselves.  This is a movement that is awakening you to your own power dear ones, an awakening into the  realization that since you are also of the Divine, you also can  access  guidance from within your own consciousness. It is a time to take a stand for that which you now know to be the truth, and to speak up for yourselves as needed.

We see much change coming within this year, and yet understand that all change is the effect of the energy in place at the time.  Therefore predictions may often seem to be erroneous simply because the energy has changed since the prediction was made.  You see, you are creating your world moment by moment.  You are making the changes happen and it is you the people of earth, who are moving Gaia closer to her and your ascension.  All is proceeding according to plan, in fact even more quickly than previously believed, for many have now awakened and many are now filling the world with the light of awareness.

Events of the past month, will continue to unfold, for it is only through the dissolving of old energy structures, that the new can be built.  We see more experiences of earth chaos for awhile  because these events bring forth much needed change in individuals, groups, cultures, rigid belief structures, and Gaia.  Gaia is trying to align herself with in a way that enables her to  manifest the energy of the new dimension. She is trying make these adjustments in the easiest way possible, but at times there simply is no other way to do it.  That which seems to be chaos is change.

We see your world shining with the light of transformation, a light reflecting energy change, and a light reflecting truth.  This has upset those who keep the status quo-that is you staying in the dark so to speak, because they are now losing their hold on you.  Once you have awakened to your own power, you no longer need organized religions, churches,  governments, and  so called experts to tell you what to do.  This suggestion  often offends those who wave their flags and shout, "rah rah, my country right or wrong", however the world cannot play this game much longer for it is now the time for taking back your power.  Government yes, but a government for the people and by the people, not one of "for us through your hard work".  Churches yes, but churches that teach you to go within yourselves and do not preach that only their leaders  have  answers so therefor you must go to them, and preferably bringing along a large donation.

Many secret meetings are taking place at this time reflecting an element of your world that struggles to hold the old "houses of cards" in place either through their ignorance or selfish intentions.  However, what  they do not realize is that the energy that holds all  "houses of cards" in place, is rapidly leaving- shifting and changing to a new and higher energy which in turn will manifest in new and higher ways, and which support the Divine individuality of all creation.

Hold on to your hats, dear ones, for the ride is only beginning but always know that all is proceeding according to a Divine plan of enlightenment.  Do not fear the leaving behind of all your old concepts and beliefs, for that which is real can never be lost, it is only  that which  is old and untrue that is finished.  Your founders in the USA wrote the constitution from a deep level of  consciousness. These were awakened beings and were guided by the Light.  This Divinely inspired constitution has often been perverted to serve the desires of those who although intelligent, were not as enlightened as the founders, resulting in their choosing to manipulate words and meanings to serve their own interests.  However, not all your leaders  are of this energy; there are some statesmen among the politicians, and these are the ones to support and listen to.  They too are struggling to find answers within all that is happening at this time.

Your president is an evolved being, but he is not being allowed to bring through many of his enlightened ideas at this time, but he will.  Send him Light dear ones, for he  is now  facing  so many obstacles to his way of seeing and doing.

It is actually a time for rejoicing, for you are beginning to see change unfolding.  Hold tightly to truth in spite of world events and the reports of your news media. Be open to new realizations, and tell your Higher Self that you are ready to ascend, and then hold on dear ones, for all you have held dear that is in and of the old energy is going to change.  Without resistance, allow the release of all that  is finished in your world, letting go of any and all concepts based in duality and separation in order to  ride on a beam of Light and awareness, filled with joy and abundance of every sort.

You are whole, complete, unconditioned  love, now and forever- always have been and always will be regardless of what present circumstances or appearances may be.

We of the Arcturian Group come today to talk to you of the many
changes taking place in the energy of mankind and in the world. You
are seeing the outpicturing of higher frequencies now on the planet
as a result of your years of hard work devoted to the awakening
process. You are seeing the

 outer manifestations of a deep desire for
freedom and the reclaiming of personal power;

 that which was freely
given at the time of creation but within the ignorance of evolution
through an energy of duality and separation, you have given away.

You are seeing many outer manifestations of love in action because
love, is the relationship between all living things-there is only
One. You see, love is simply the connection of the One-manifest in
infinite form and variety. You have just celebrated your Valentine's
Day. This represents only one concept of love. There are as many
concepts of love as there are individuals but in truth, love is the
activity of ONE SELF. You see the manifestation of love in many
forms or concepts, all dependent upon individual states of
consciousness. Do not become too hypnotized by popular concepts of
love, but instead begin to question them within your individual
belief systems and understand that all of concepts flow from a
deeper reality into manifestation. Mankind will experience
increasing unity as more and more individuals awaken to the truth
that all life is connected, even though it doesn't seem that way.

We say to you that your sense of romantic relationships although in
reality based in interconnectedness, seem outwardly to be an
interaction between two separate individuals. Because of concepts
evolved from the beliefs of duality and separation (third dimensional
energy), men and women have come to see their relationships as two
very separate people, each half of a whole and each needing the
other. An unenlightened society keeps steadily presenting the
concepts; "I need you, I will die without you..." songs, movies,
magazines...The male needing the feminine and the female needing the
masculine, ignorant of the fact that every individual is whole
already. Source could not manifest half of Itself as... When you
spiritually awaken and begin to embrace the power of enlightenment,
you come to accept this completeness, that you already embody both the
masculine (active, be-er, do-er) and feminine (receptive, intuitive)
regardless of your present body form. Relationships then become
better, higher, and more fulfilling because both parties understand
that they are not half of a couple, but are whole and complete. There
is no longer that painful belief that you "need" someone or something
outside of yourself in order to be happy, in spite of the best
efforts of a third dimensional society to push this belief.
Relationships, no longer based in want, need, or simply sexual
desire, become two empowered and self realized individuals standing
together by choice (because it is a choice, not a need), looking in
the same direction. In this new sense of relationship, there is not
less of the fun and enjoyment that comes with the companionship of a
right partner, but there is instead more, for now relationships are
without the pressure and struggles of trying to be someone or
something one is not, simply to please another. Each has stopped
seeking validation outside of themselves. This is true for homosexual
as well as heterosexual relationships.

The Arcturians, Acceptance of who You Are

Hello to all peoples of the Earthly realms, we are speaking to you,

We are the Arcturians.

We speak to you from our vantage point, a point of Love that is met
within your heart. We meet you there within your heart so as we may
communicate on a tone of Oneness.

We would like to communicate our benevolence in working with you all
and the beloved Earth herself. She is meeting you all as well within
your heart space, and wishes you to breathe easy upon her.

Knowing that much change is afoot in your reality can cause stress
within your forms and within your minds ability to understand what all
is taking place within your realm.

As all the changes are happening in your now, again Breathe easy.

We ask you to come with us to a point of stillness, a point of
reflection upon where you are in this now moment.

We and all the helpers of the unseen realms are here to help infuse
this sphere with divine acceptance. To accept yourself just as you are
in this moment. Come with us to reflect upon all that you are in
truth.

We meet you in that point of stillness, in that point of remembrance!

Upon the Earth in this moment all is collapsing into itself. By that
we mean all is coming into a resonance with the true nature of Life.

We from our standpoint wish each of you to come into resonance with
your truth. You will find that as you come into resonance and
acceptance of what is your truth, your still point, you will be in
Joy!

This is a necessity in your moments for as all is collapsing, that is
what will stabilize your fields, this loving acceptance of where you
are in the moment.

Allow that acceptance to create a foundation of this New time that is
upon you, this new time of Unity in form.

We await your acceptance of who you are, for as you do, you open all
possibilities of Change, of growth and with that comes the Love you so
seek, the Oneness that is your true nature.

We greet you in awareness of this great shift that is yours to claim.

We greet you in the acceptance of All, for in that you are reborn in
strength!

This strength that is coming into your fields and is lifting you up is
already deep inside you, it has just been hidden from your everyday
mind. This strength is your true power and will open new doors of
awareness to who you truly are behind the forms you are in..

This strength is what will bring about this shifting of the Tide, and
we ask you to be diligent in your awareness of your truth.

Again and again it seems we say these things to you, and yes that is a
part of our agreement. For we agreed to be here, to be present with
this shifting of the tide, we agreed to be here and to offer support
in your awareness of your true nature.

We speak to each and every one of you to come unto your still point
and from there open your fields to all that you are.

Open your fields to the Love that is inherent in everything and beyond
the grasping of the mind..

Open your heart to yourself, to acceptance of where you are in each
moment and allow yourself to Be!

Know that much is shifting and in that it brings stress. To help you
to be in resonance with your true nature, align with the deep core of
your being.

Your being is made up of many fields that are beyond the physical and
are not as of yet measured by your tools upon the Earth.

Nonetheless, the truth of you is that you are large and vast beings of
Light.

The way we see you is of much beauty! You are surrounded in fields of
light and sound and colors that are quite exquisite!

You will see and know this in your time upon the earth for this is
also a part of this great shift into the New.

Allow the process to be easy, allow each step to take you home.

Know that yes this is a process, but you can help it be more
fulfilling in each moment by letting go of resistance to change!

You hold all the cards as to how fast or slow you want to change for
it is always your choice.

We are here to help stabilize your fields for that is a great part of
our Joy.

We will help each of you to come into resonance and bring a lighter
step to your journey.

Be kind to yourself as you are rapidly shifting in awareness and know
that all the struggles are leading you to brighter horizons, to
brighter horizons of upliftment from the downtroddeness of the reality
you are in.

Keep focused on the Love that is you, and allow the openness of your
heart to take you home!

We greet you in your natural abilities and want nothing more than for
you to see your innate beauty and glow, it is ever present, even
though you don't always see or feel it, it is who you Are!!

So we leave you with this..

Awaken to your Divine powers of acceptance; awaken to the gods that
you are.

You are a mirror of all that is Divine and everlasting it is who you
are in Truth!

Call to us if you so feel we can be of assistance and we will meet you
there..

Unfold the possibilities of a lighter load and wait not for others to
change, but be that you wish to see in others, always return to
yourself, for there you will find all answers.

Until we speak to you in this way again, awaken to the fact that we
are already speaking to you and working with you on an individual
level, for the benefit of all peoples upon the Earth.

Thank you for your gifts that you are remembering, for you brought
them with you on this journey to the Earth.

She opens Her heart to you in loving acceptance of the loving beings
that you Are.

LET GO - A New Message from the Arcturians 1/9/2011

Dear ones, we welcome you into the new year of 2011.

It is a time for rejoicing because in spite of what you are hearing
and seeing, the light is getting brighter. This then in turn,
exposes those corners that here-to-fore have been dark and unseen.
This is important to understand because although it seems as if things
are getting worse they are not, dear ones; not worse, just exposed.

We wish you to stay centered in Truth at all times. Do not allow
yourselves to get caught up in the energy of the negative. Do not
allow yourselves to stray off center and into those dark corners being
exposed, for this simply adds your energy to them. When you become
enamored by the illusions, giving them your attention and concern,
this gives more energy to these things. Save your energy for truth.
See through the appearances and into the truth behind them. You say;
"What truth behind these terrible things we see and hear about?" This
is a spiritual universe dear ones, all that you see, hear, taste,
touch, and smell is a concept of the spiritual reality. Evolution is
the journey of moving beyond the concepts.

Look at it this way, mind is the translator of your state of
consciousness. The omnipresent spiritual ideas of Source
Consciousness are interpreted by mind in order for you to understand
them. If your consciousness is filled with concepts and beliefs of
duality and separation, these interpretations (your outer experience)
come out that way; that is filled with duality and separation. All
there is, is Sourceand all that is within Source ( all the Divine
Ideas embodied within Divine Consciousness) are therefore also within
every living thing for there is nothing else but Source. Nothing else
that anything could be made out of.

It is not the world that is the illusion, it is your concepts of the
world that are illusion.

Dear ones, examine your belief system. Don't be afraid to let go once
and for all, of everything that no longer serves you. Sit quietly,
perhaps with pen and paper, and examine all those issues that still
give you pain, anger or suffering. Examine all persons and
experiences from your whole life. Take each one and say to yourself;
"What am I believing about this?" Then ask yourself; "In the light of
Truth, is my belief about this true?" This process enables you to get
to the root of your belief system and to to discover deeply buried
concepts and ideas that hold you in bondage to the third dimensional
energy; theories and beliefs that you accepted without question when
given by teachers, parents, the media, churches, or government.
You are then able to ask yourself; "Why did I accept this? Do I want
this to remain a part of my consciousness?"

The time is NOW, not tomorrow when things "get better", to let go of
all that does not resonate with truth, for as the western mystic Joel
S Goldsmith used to say; "Any old belief can gum up the works."

There is no unexpressed consciousness. Think on that dear ones. Think
very deeply and strongly about this truth, and then take your power
back from all the untruths you have accepted and held as truth. This
is not a condemnation, this is awakening. Never hold yourself in
guilt over beliefs of your past for awakening to deeper truth is the
evolutionary journey.

Wake up dear ones, you are in charge of you, and no one else can do
this for you. Let go of the belief that someone is going to save you,
be it the government, the church, or even some concept of God. Let
go. Let go. Let go, and you will find that indeed the sky does not
fall down, nor will it ever.
