Beloved Ones,
I am Mytria from the Violet Temple of Transmutation on Alycone, Pleiades.

I AM a higher expression of the one who is writing. I am here to remind all of you that you ALL have many higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF in the fifth dimension and beyond. I encourage you all to allow your higher expression to communicate with you in whatever fashion best suits the personality of your present incarnation. Some of you will best communicate with words. Others will be guided by another creative expression such as music, dance, art, athletics, working with nature, prayer and myriad other expressions of your innate creative force.

You will know when you are connected to your higher expression by the shift in your consciousness and the release of the constant demands of your ego. We, your expressions of SELF in higher frequencies of reality, are reaching out to you to assist you during your return to your true Multidimensional SELF. We remind you to trust that your imagination, your love-filled thoughts and emotions, sudden creative ideas, and fulfilling dreams are direct messages from your SELF. Since you all have myriad higher expressions of SELF, you my feel communications from many of us. Do not be confused by these many voices, as we are all connected in the ONE to draw you into your greater experience of SELF.

The Pleiadians and the Arcturians have been aligned in like-minded service for millions of your years. We also serve on Star Ships together. Therefore, as you look into your vast history of higher dimensional realities, if you find the Arcturians, you will likely find the Pleiadians, as well. The Arcturians remind you of the great power of your unconditional love and multidimensional light, whereas as we Pleiadians may remind you of your joy of living, dancing, singing, being with friends and experiencing inter-personal love relationships.

The Arcturians represents your tenacity to “stay the Path of Ascension,” and we remind you to dance, sing, create and love throughout your entire process. The Arcturians remind you of your deepest spiritual love, whereas we remind you to love life within every moment. Of course, both of our civilizations contain all the qualities that we have mentioned, but even Galactics have specialties. Furthermore, Arcturian realities resonate to the mid-fifth dimension and beyond where all thoughts, emotions and desires are instantly fulfilled. Since our Pleiadian world has ascended much more recently than Arcturus, we have taken on the honor of assisting you in creating your fifth-dimensional threshold society of New Earth.

Just as the Arcturians, Pleiadians, Sirians and members of the Ashtar Command are assisting you form the Galactic realms, the Lamurians are assisting from the core of Gaia, as well as from the core of your ancient memories. In order words, we have you covered from “above” and “below.”  Of course, above and below are metaphorical terms, as we are both resonating to the fifth dimension and beyond. However, some of you will feel the need to align yourselves with the Lamurians, others with the Arcturians and others with the Pleiadians or the Sirians.

When you fully regain your multidimensional consciousness, you will no longer need to choose between your myriad Expressions of SELF, as you will be able to easily align yourself with ALL of us. Since we are aligned with each other, when you connect with any of us, you bonds with all of us. Furthermore, as you experience the first “recognition of your multidimensional nature, you will merge with as many higher dimensional expressions of your SELF as your consciousness can accept.

You see, dear ascending ones, there is NO end of you. Also, there is NO beginning of you. You are timeless energy signatures of multidimensional light and unconditional love that adheres to whichever versions of reality attracts you within the NOW of the ONE. Some realities are a short visit, but others are a commitment that encompasses many eons of experience. Some realities have “time,” in which you age and go through different cycles of life. On the other hand, some worlds are timeless, and you can “live” there until you decide to detach your consciousness from that matrix. Polarities are only known in the worlds ruled by time, as time creates separation, limitations and the extremes of polarity.

However, realities that resonate to the mid-fifth dimension and beyond function in no-time. Hence, there is no aging, separations, limitation or extremes. Time-worlds are useful for learning many lessons quickly, but it is easy to forget your SELF and become trapped in that reality. Conversely, life in the mid-fifth dimension and beyond allows you to maintain the same form or signature frequency until you feel complete with that experience and decide to move on to your next adventure.

After many higher dimensional realities, you may want to have the challenge of a polarized world. On the other hand, after a long run in the polarized spectrum of the lower frequency adventures, you may wish to rest, rejuvenate, love, expand and spiritually expand in the higher worlds. What we are saying is that there is no GOOD worlds or BAD worlds. These judgments are confined to the time-based worlds of polarity. There are only choices of experience. Fortunately, since you are a multidimensional being, you can make many choices all within the same “time.” However, you will not be able to recognize this fact from a time-bound world.

Time-bound worlds force you to grow, whereas timeless worlds allow you to expand. Now, our dear returning ones, you are feeling complete with growing for a while and are ready to return to the more expansive versions of your SELF. When you have done so, the constant self-judgment, fear and struggle will be no more. Once you have chosen to return to your higher expressions of SELF, you will regain a freedom that was lost with your first physical incarnation.

However, in order to fully “return to SELF,” you must completely and unconditionally love, forgive and accept the YOU that you have chosen to express in your present incarnation. Please do not judge yourself that you have done some thing wrong or another thing right. These judgmental concepts only arise from the limitations of third dimensional thinking and are riddled with conditional love. Third dimensional thinking and love based on conditions bind you to the third dimension. In order to return to the timeless expressions of your SELF, you need to master your thoughts and emotions.

A Message from the Arcturian Group January 8, 2011

JANUARY 8, 2012

Greetings dear ones. We wish you all a very happy 2012 -- the year so many have been waiting for for so long. Be aware that not all is going to suddenly appear different on December 21, 2012. This is an ongoing process of light which is dependent upon you, dear ones, dependent upon the activity of light flowing onto the planet though the awakening of souls to their divine nature. These times are about awakening to your divinity, not simply about making the world a more pleasant place to live.

It is time for rejoicing, for you are close to the goal line, but it is not time to drop the ball. Every individual choosing to be a part of this most important time, must continue their inner journey beyond simple intellectual understanding. When recognized, truth must then move into a conscious realization--this is the journey of evolution. Depending upon soul contracts, lessons chosen, etc., some awakenings seem take longer than others but there can be no comparisons for if an individual's intent is to awaken, the process will proceed perfectly, directed by Higher Self.

Mind interprets an individual's state of consciousness and then manifests it as the outer. A mind filled with beliefs and concepts of duality and separation will manifest in the outer as experiences of duality and separation. As the individual consciousness becomes more and more enlightened, discarding that which is old and untrue, the outer then will begin to manifest in higher and higher forms. This is what is taking place, you are creating a new world from your enlightenment.

We say to you dear ones, that there is still much work to be done. Many do not realize that this is a process that must take place within the consciousness of each individual choosing to move forward and is not something that is going to simply drop into your laps as a gift from the Galactics. As each truth unfolds through personal inner work, it must then be put into practice. It must become your way of life, your way of thinking, your way of understanding the world--your state of consciousness.

Truth cannot simply be interesting dinner party conversation for new age thinkers, who in turn the next day go back to playing the game of "life as usual". If you want to change yourself and your world, truth must be taken seriously. "Are these ideas that I am becoming aware of, truth or not? Do I really believe or am I just spouting words for my own ego gratification? If what I am now discovering about myself and the world is truth, than why do I continue to revert back to living that which is not truth?" These are the questions each and everyone must ask themselves for the time has come to stop procrastinating and choose.

You are see many engage in battles with anything that appears to be of the negative, however, when you engage, you are simply giving these negative appearances their own power. You see, it is just another form of duality sneaking in the back door. The more illumined way is to practice seeing through appearances to the reality behind every form. Recognize that all beings are Divine in their true essence even if they themselves have no interest in this truth; then take whatever human footsteps may be called for. If words and actions go forth carrying an energy of unconditional love (recognition of ONE) then they will have a very different effect than words and actions that flow on an energy of hate or anger. Remember, words are energy.

Begin to see the divinity of all living things. You can practice by imagining the spark of a diamond within the heart center of all you meet, read about, know, or see on the news. Your realization of their true nature will often help to awaken them if they are at all receptive. Make little reminders for yourselves--whatever works.

It is fine to stay informed regarding world events, but instead of going into frustration and negativity, begin to use the information as an opportunity to practice knowing the truth.

           OCTOBER 30, 2011



We are here dear ones, to again welcome you to a new day of change and transformation. Things on your beloved planet are heating up with regard to the old energy being transformed into new and better ways of serving the people;  by the people and for the people. This concept has been lost to many and is now returning as your growing light illumines its journey back into the human consciousness.  You have played the game long enough, it is time now to remember.  The journey of awakening while within the dark was a fine game--although often very traumatic and painful, but through its harsh lessons of separation you have journeyed to remembrance and to the recognition of what and who you are. The game was not meant to last forever. It is time now to let all that is old and finished release.


Many of you are experiencing pain and frustration within your physical and emotional bodies.  This is a part of the process; the clearing of all that is of a lower resonance, for you cannot take it with you into the new and higher energies.  Comfort your bodies as you may, but do not be overly concerned for it is a part of the journey dear ones, to let go, release, and finally clear all that is finished and of the old. Traumatic events of many lifetimes stay locked within  cellular memory.  Perhaps that pain in your leg has to do with a cellular memory from the 1500's when you were run over by a cart.  You see, the cells remember; you bring into each lifetime the state of consciousness attained from  previous lifetimes.  Send the cells of your physical body light and tell them that they will never need to experience the events of the past again, for it is finished.


Clearings will frequently access the weakest point within the physical body to release energy, as it is a conduit so to speak, and you may wonder why there is this ongoing pain in a leg or a hand etc. etc. You say;  "Nothing that I do seems to ease it".  Well dear ones your body is  simply using this area for its release point for whatever you are clearing.  If you do not wish this, simply state that you choose to release in a different, more gentle and easy way. You are the "boss" of you.  Over lifetimes in separation energy, humans have come to believe that they are powerless; realize now that you are God beings having a human experience and through that awareness take back your power.


Your words and thoughts are very powerful and have become even more powerful as your resonance has evolved.  Be careful what you wish for, say, or think, for as light beings you are creators. Not understanding this,  you wonder why certain events manifest into your lives.  Begin to think and live in truth at all times. When you do, karma is no longer valid.  At this point you begin to  meet your lessons with truth instead of karma.  Do not judge by appearances, but simply understand that appearances are the manifestation of the human belief system.  You will always see pairs of opposites in the third dimension, for it is an energy of duality and separation.  As you grow more into a consciousness of One, the outer will reflect this and  manifestations will be of a higher level.


There are more earth clearings to come.  Be not afraid, for this is a part of Gaia's cleansing  in her journey to ascension.  Gaia is aware of the pain some of these events cause but is unable to do her own ascension without some changes and clearings.  Be not afraid dear ones for all that experience these things were aware of it before incarnation and gave permission. Often these events are  massive clearings of personal or group karma which is then forever finished.


Those of the "occupy" movements are  expressing the energy of the new consciousness.   Not all understand that this is what it is, but they are experiencing and expressing the need for a return of their power, of mankind's inherent right as spiritual beings to experience abundance and peace.  This is a sign that the earth is being permeated with the higher frequencies of light.  All are experiencing  this, and moving to  take back their power in ways they understand according to their attained state of consciousness.   You have seen much change in the Middle East, and you will see much more.  This is to be a powerful year of change for many.


There are events coming which we cannot share with you at this time, but we say stay centered in truth at all times.  Do not go into fear for you are being guided and watched over lovingly by millions of light beings as well as your brothers and sisters from evolved planets of light.  Be not afraid when you see us make an appearance. Do not go into fear when the falsehoods given to you as truth by those in power began to tumble down for there is much to be revealed  about your past as well as your present.  Those who have taken by force your rights will have much to answer for and their games cannot continue in the new light.


Trust your intuition always, and because you are aware of what is happening, you can be of great help to those who as of yet do not understand.  You will become the teachers when  the revelations come to be.  That is why at this time you must work on your own journey, strengthening your inner awareness and growth through meditation and practice.  You will then have a full tool box  with which you can help those who come behind, ready for the shifting energies, but having no idea of what is taking place.  Those who have given their power to the government,  churches, and others, will find themselves floundering in confusion and that is when you will step in and say; "Be not afraid..."


Do not try to give your pearls to those who do not want them.  This is very important, for all have free will choice as to when and how they wish to evolve.  There are many who still require third dimensional experiences before they are ready to move  higher.  All have choice and all are being guided.  It is the human ego that tries to "save" everyone, believing that there is only one way and it is their way.  Do not fall into this trap as many already have.  That freedom you wish for yourself, must be extended to all others, regardless of how plainly you can see where they stumble.  Your job is simply to "be there" when and if they indicate a desire for more. You can offer suggestions, but do not get into their energy and let it go if they choose to stay where they are.  This is the practice of compassion versus sympathy.  Give the best you have, which may simply be recognizing their light and saying nothing. You will be busy.


We finish with telling you that you are doing a fine job of it.  Do not think you have to perform this or that, recite this mantra or that, stand this way, chant this chant, or do anything.  Stand in the light of truth, and rest in the realization that you are now, always have been, and always will be One with the Divine, and any teaching contrary to this is simply false.  This is Divine Law.
