I AM a higher expression of the one who is writing. I am here to remind all of you that you ALL have many higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF in the fifth dimension and beyond. I encourage you all to allow your higher expression to communicate with you in whatever fashion best suits the personality of your present incarnation. Some of you will best communicate with words. Others will be guided by another creative expression such as music, dance, art, athletics, working with nature, prayer and myriad other expressions of your innate creative force.

You will know when you are connected to your higher expression by the shift in your consciousness and the release of the constant demands of your ego. We, your expressions of SELF in higher frequencies of reality, are reaching out to you to assist you during your return to your true Multidimensional SELF. We remind you to trust that your imagination, your love-filled thoughts and emotions, sudden creative ideas, and fulfilling dreams are direct messages from your SELF. Since you all have myriad higher expressions of SELF, you my feel communications from many of us. Do not be confused by these many voices, as we are all connected in the ONE to draw you into your greater experience of SELF.

The Pleiadians and the Arcturians have been aligned in like-minded service for millions of your years. We also serve on Star Ships together. Therefore, as you look into your vast history of higher dimensional realities, if you find the Arcturians, you will likely find the Pleiadians, as well. The Arcturians remind you of the great power of your unconditional love and multidimensional light, whereas as we Pleiadians may remind you of your joy of living, dancing, singing, being with friends and experiencing inter-personal love relationships.

The Arcturians represents your tenacity to “stay the Path of Ascension,” and we remind you to dance, sing, create and love throughout your entire process. The Arcturians remind you of your deepest spiritual love, whereas we remind you to love life within every moment. Of course, both of our civilizations contain all the qualities that we have mentioned, but even Galactics have specialties. Furthermore, Arcturian realities resonate to the mid-fifth dimension and beyond where all thoughts, emotions and desires are instantly fulfilled. Since our Pleiadian world has ascended much more recently than Arcturus, we have taken on the honor of assisting you in creating your fifth-dimensional threshold society of New Earth.

Just as the Arcturians, Pleiadians, Sirians and members of the Ashtar Command are assisting you form the Galactic realms, the Lamurians are assisting from the core of Gaia, as well as from the core of your ancient memories. In order words, we have you covered from “above” and “below.”  Of course, above and below are metaphorical terms, as we are both resonating to the fifth dimension and beyond. However, some of you will feel the need to align yourselves with the Lamurians, others with the Arcturians and others with the Pleiadians or the Sirians.

When you fully regain your multidimensional consciousness, you will no longer need to choose between your myriad Expressions of SELF, as you will be able to easily align yourself with ALL of us. Since we are aligned with each other, when you connect with any of us, you bonds with all of us. Furthermore, as you experience the first “recognition of your multidimensional nature, you will merge with as many higher dimensional expressions of your SELF as your consciousness can accept.

You see, dear ascending ones, there is NO end of you. Also, there is NO beginning of you. You are timeless energy signatures of multidimensional light and unconditional love that adheres to whichever versions of reality attracts you within the NOW of the ONE. Some realities are a short visit, but others are a commitment that encompasses many eons of experience. Some realities have “time,” in which you age and go through different cycles of life. On the other hand, some worlds are timeless, and you can “live” there until you decide to detach your consciousness from that matrix. Polarities are only known in the worlds ruled by time, as time creates separation, limitations and the extremes of polarity.

However, realities that resonate to the mid-fifth dimension and beyond function in no-time. Hence, there is no aging, separations, limitation or extremes. Time-worlds are useful for learning many lessons quickly, but it is easy to forget your SELF and become trapped in that reality. Conversely, life in the mid-fifth dimension and beyond allows you to maintain the same form or signature frequency until you feel complete with that experience and decide to move on to your next adventure.

After many higher dimensional realities, you may want to have the challenge of a polarized world. On the other hand, after a long run in the polarized spectrum of the lower frequency adventures, you may wish to rest, rejuvenate, love, expand and spiritually expand in the higher worlds. What we are saying is that there is no GOOD worlds or BAD worlds. These judgments are confined to the time-based worlds of polarity. There are only choices of experience. Fortunately, since you are a multidimensional being, you can make many choices all within the same “time.” However, you will not be able to recognize this fact from a time-bound world.

Time-bound worlds force you to grow, whereas timeless worlds allow you to expand. Now, our dear returning ones, you are feeling complete with growing for a while and are ready to return to the more expansive versions of your SELF. When you have done so, the constant self-judgment, fear and struggle will be no more. Once you have chosen to return to your higher expressions of SELF, you will regain a freedom that was lost with your first physical incarnation.

However, in order to fully “return to SELF,” you must completely and unconditionally love, forgive and accept the YOU that you have chosen to express in your present incarnation. Please do not judge yourself that you have done some thing wrong or another thing right. These judgmental concepts only arise from the limitations of third dimensional thinking and are riddled with conditional love. Third dimensional thinking and love based on conditions bind you to the third dimension. In order to return to the timeless expressions of your SELF, you need to master your thoughts and emotions.

Conformal Cyclic Cosmology & the Law of One

Last November, the Daily Galaxy published an article introducing the research of Roger Penrose at Oxford University in which he stated 


"There was no Big Bang, our universe continually cycles through a series of 'aeons'."

This Headline graced my inbox today, March 23, 2011- and is a great follow up to this post: Scientific Proof Suports the Law of One -in which the research is summarized and the relation to the messages of Ra in the Law of One material is expanded.  This is a greatly expanded article published by the DailyGalaxy.com in which the research of Roger Penrose is explained in much greater detail, I encourage you to refer back to the Law of One quotes in the earlier article after learning more about the Big Bang research going on at Oxford.

"We Can See Through the Big Bang to the Universe That Existed in the Aeon Before Ours"

The circular patterns within the cosmic microwave background suggest that space and time did not come into being at the Big Bang but that our universe in fact continually cycles through a series of "aeons," according to University of Oxford theoretical physicist Roger Penrose, who says that data collected by NASA's WMAP satellite supports his idea of "conformal cyclic cosmology".

Penrose's finding runs directly counter to the widely accepted inflationary model of cosmology which states that the universe started from a point of infinite density known as the Big Bang about 13.7 billion years ago, expanded extremely rapidly for a fraction of a second and has continued to expand much more slowly ever since, during which time stars, planets and ultimately humans have emerged. That expansion is now believed to be accelerating due to a scientific X factor called dark energy and is expected to result in a cold, uniform, featureless universe.

Penrose, however, said Physics World, takes issue with the inflationary picture "and in particular believes it cannot account for the very low entropy state in which the universe was believed to have been born – an extremely high degree of order that made complex matter possible. He does not believe that space and time came into existence at the moment of the Big Bang but that the Big Bang was in fact just one in a series of many, with each big bang marking the start of a new "aeon" in the history of the universe."

The core concept in Penrose's theory is the idea that in the very distant future the universe will in one sense become very similar to how it was at the Big Bang. Penrose says that "at these points the shape, or geometry, of the universe was and will be very smooth, in contrast to its current very jagged form. This continuity of shape, he maintains, will allow a transition from the end of the current aeon, when the universe will have expanded to become infinitely large, to the start of the next, when it once again becomes infinitesimally small and explodes outwards from the next big bang. Crucially, he says, the entropy at this transition stage will be extremely low, because black holes, which destroy all information that they suck in, evaporate as the universe expands and in so doing remove entropy from the universe."

The foundation for Penrose's theory is found in the cosmic microwave background, the all-pervasive microwave radiation that was believed to have been created when the universe was just 300,000 years old and which tells us what conditions were like at that time.

The evidence was obtained by Vahe Gurzadyan of the Yerevan Physics Institute in Armenia, who analysed seven years' worth of microwave data from WMAP, as well as data from the BOOMERanG balloon experiment in Antarctica. Penrose and Gurzadyan say they have clearly identified concentric circles within the data – regions in the microwave sky in which the range of the radiation's temperature is markedly smaller than elsewhere.

The Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) radiation is the remnant heat from the Big Bang. This radiation pervades the universe and, if we could see in microwaves, it would appear as a nearly uniform glow across the entire sky. However, when we measure this radiation very carefully we can discern extremely faint variations in the brightness from point to point across the sky, called "anisotropy". These variations encode a great deal of information about the properties of our universe, such as its age and content.

The "Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe" (WMAP) mission has measured these variations and found that the universe is 13.7 billion years old, and it consists of 4.6% atoms, 23% dark matter, and 72% dark energy.

According to Penrose and Gurzadyan, as described in arXiv: 1011.3706, these circles allow us to "see through" the Big Bang into the aeon that would have existed beforehand. They are the visible signature left in our aeon by the spherical ripples of gravitational waves that were generated when black holes collided in the previous aeon.

The "Penrose circles" pose a huge challenge to inflationary theory because this theory says that the distribution of temperature variations across the sky should be Gaussian, or random, rather than having discernable structures within it.

Julian Barbour, a visiting professor of physics at the University of Oxford in an interview with Physics World, says that these circles would be "remarkable if real and sensational if they confirm Penrose's theory". They would "overthrow the standard inflationary picture", which, he adds, has become widely accepted as scientific fact by many cosmologists. But he believes that the result will be "very controversial" and that other researchers will look at the data very critically. He says there are many disputable aspects to the theory, including the abrupt shift of scale between aeons and the assumption, central to the theory, that all particles will become massless in the very distant future. He points out, for example, that there is no evidence that electrons decay.

The image at top of the page shows the CMB fluctuations from the 5-year WMAP survey. The average brightness corresponds to a temperature of 2.725 Kelvins (degrees above absolute zero; equivalent to -270 C or -455 F). The colors represent temperature variations, as in a weather map: red regions are warmer and blue regions are colder than average by 0.0002 degrees. This map was formed from the five frequency bands shown below in such a way as to suppress the signal from our own Milky Way Galaxy.

Archaeological Proof Supports the Law of One

Egyptian Archaeologist Admits That Pyramids Contain UFO Technology

In the second instance in a week, news has hit the wire which conclusively supports the Law of One Ra Sessions published by LL Research.org, in which Ra states that the  Giza pyramids were in fact constructed by extraterrestrials, and actually made to appear as much as possible that they were built by man, rather than by thought.

In a shock statement, head of the Cairo University Archaeology Department, Dr Ala Shaheen has told an audience that there might be truth to the theory that aliens helped the ancient Egyptians build the oldest of pyramids, the Pyramids of Giza. On being further questioned by Mr Marek Novak, a delegate from Poland as to whether the pyramid might still contain alien technology or even a UFO with its structure, Dr Shaheen, was vague and replied “I can not confirm or deny this, but there is something inside the pyramid that is “not of this world”. Delegates to the conference on ancient Egyptian architecture were left shocked, however Dr Shaheen has refused to comment further or elaborate on his UFO and alien related statements.

The Great Pyramid is believed to have been built over a 20 year span. The pyramid is so huge and so perfect that we wouldn’t be able to construct something like this in our days and age that will compare. Each giant Stone ranges from 1 to 20 tons in weight, and the Great Pyramid consisted of well over 100,000 stones. But the Egyptians had no machinery, engines, or construction equipment. So the question still stands, who built the great pyramids?

Theories suggest the Egyptians built these pyramids, but this asks us how Egyptians hauled 20 ton stones and placed them perfectly Hundreds Of Feet high 145.75 m, 481 ft high. Some suggest they built a ramp with stones that went from the ground to the top. The flaw in that theory is that It would take More Rocks to build the ramp than it would to build the Pyramid. When the Pyramid was done, where did these rocks go? So much for that theory.
